Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief — that great food starts with great ingredients and honest technique. Our open kitchen centres around a wood-fired hearth that drives everything on the menu, from our slow-roasted mains to our flame-kissed desserts.

We work directly with local farms and suppliers, changing our menu with the seasons and the best of what's available each week.
