Extracts sender, subject, and body. Filters out spam, newsletters, and already-replied threads.

Retrieves the configured support documentation to use as context for the AI response.

Sends email + docs to Claude API. Claude reads the docs and writes a grounded, on-brand reply.

Sends the drafted reply in the same thread. Marks original email as read and logs the response.
